I rarely eat cupcakes but knew I wanted to try this recipe when I saw it. Minus the paw prints . . . didn't think they were really necessary for me. And minus the powder sugar too. I had a fun time wiping down the counter after the failed attempt to make powdered sugar in the food processor. That's why the frosting looks the way it does. But I think it gives a nice "crystallized" effect. Other than that, best cupcakes ever! They were so delicious, but since when is a Mama Pea recipe not?
