8/19 - 8/25
Sunday: 12 mile bike
Monday: Crossfit 
Tuesday: short swim
Wednesday: 500m swim
Thursday: Crossfit
Friday: 5 mile bike & 1 mile run
Saturday: 500m swim & 3 mile run

Didn't exactly stick to the plan this week, but still feel good about what I got done after hurting my foot on Monday. Yay for extra swimming this week!
